- 2. To redeem the promotion, the patient must mention the promotion when booking the appointment.
- 3. Services will only be provided when suitable and appropriate.
- 4. Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.
- 5. Prices are subject to change.
- 6. Can be transferrable to a new patient family member.
- 7. A full check up is required prior to teeth whitening, X-rays and Fluoride will only be used in treatment if necessary.
- 8. Please note whitening results may vary from patient to patient. Be sure to consult with your dentist for an individualised treatment plan.
